IWB is excited to announce one of our speakers for the 2020 Information Without Borders conference, David Wilcox! David will be speaking about open source library software.
David is the Program Leader for Fedora at LYRASIS. He sets the vision for Fedora and serves as strategic liaison to the steering committee, leadership group, members, service providers, and other stakeholders. David works together with the Fedora Technical Lead to oversee key project processes, and performs international outreach to institutions, government organizations, funding agencies, and others.
