Tami Oliphant is an assistant professor at the School of Library and Information Studies at the University of Alberta. Her teaching and research interests center upon interactions between people and data,
information, and knowledge, the variety of contexts in which these interactions take place whether online or offline (including libraries), and the systems, platforms, media and publishing, and broader social forces that shape these interactions.
