Panel Two: Growing a Knowledge Society: Leadership in a Changing Landscape
Knowledge societies require more than access to an abundance of
information and related technologies. It is necessary to leverage
information and technology in ways that allow organizations and citizens
to interact with, share and create knowledge. Successful leadership in
an information-rich society requires the ability to manage change, build
organizational capacity for engaging with new technology and work with
multiple stakeholders.
